it's been abt a yr since i took over VL201 as my OWN grp le... thou i have been working on this grp for more than 3 yrs, but it was only in july last yr that God promoted me to b e shepherd over His children... when i took over e grp then, it wasnt really doing well... there was only abt 15 children i guess... but God has been really good to me n all these children over e last 9 months.. growing e grp n giving me breakthroughs after breakthroughs... GOd is really awesome n all credits to Him.. for eg, we hit an attd of 74 for last Children's Day.. isnt that amazing?? n as of 1st april 2005, God multiplied VL201 n now there's VL201 n VL206.. wow!! currently, i have abt 50 children in both grps n abt 40 regulars... u knw wat, tis was e vision n goal tat i had for this grp at e start of e yr n God had already brought it to pass so fast!! wow!! Praise e Lord!! now, i have set another goal for tis two grps... thats to have 30 core regulars by october tis yr... but this goal still needs some adjustments n refinements.. yup, waiting for God to tell me e details... He will tell me, i believe... all i gotta to do is to continue to seek Him n wait on Him...
n yah, all these while, when im away w e army, it's been my 3 dearest helpers who have been doing me a great deal of help!! they r RACHEL, PATUMA, PRESCILLA.. harhar... yup, it's these 3 dearest sisters in Christ who have availed themselves to take care of e grp.. so many thanks n i really appreciate ur help!! this yr, let it b a yr of breakthrough for all of us. let us consecrate ourselves n set ourselves apart for e kingdom of God... i believe tat God called all of us to b leaders, whether in church, in ministry, in work, sch or whatever.. but in ministry, i'll do my best to teach u whatever tat i knw.. n yah, it's my belief tat no matter if u r called to be a leader in CCH, i will still train u to knw what a leader needs to knw... only then, do i fill tat i have fulfilled my duties as ur leader... so this yr, lets really challenge ourselves to rise up n b a labourer tat God can use... no matter how busy u r, w ur work or studies, God can still use u... if only u have a willing heart... Pst Kong was willing to b used, tats y we have our church now... Pst Sun was willing to b used, tats y her voice brought many to Christ.. i was willing to b used, come what may, tats y there's VL201, VL206.. tats y there's you and me...
