yup, this is something that i read from the prayercentral.. it's a nice website... www.prayercentral.com

You know, the bible is full of stories about men who loved God and pleased Him. Abraham was a man of faith. Joshua was a man of action. David was a great leader. but there are some guys that God thought alot of that we don't hear much about.
One of my favourites is Phinehas. There was a plague going through the land of Israel because the men had embraced the women of Median and their gods. Moses called a meeting and led the people in repentance for their sin. While the meeting was going on, a man brought a Midianite woman right by the outdoor congregation and into his tent.
When Phinehas, the son of Eleazar the priest, saw this he was so consumed with zeal and jealousy for the Lord. He got up from the meeting, picked up a spear, ran to the tent and pierced them both through so that they died. wow! then the Lord said," Phinehas has turned my wrath away today from the son of Israel, in that he was jealous with my jealousy..." Num 25: 1-18
wow.. isnt this awesome.. are you jealous with God's jealousy today?? are you going to fight the devil or are u going to let him have it easy.. will u stand u today n take up the spear.. reach out to ur frens who are under the devil's grasp n use the spear to free them today!! AMEN!!
