yup, today's sunday and it's been a great and exciting week for me.. wow.. still feeling excited.. harhar.. this sat, 26th nov was my dad's bdae.. so we went to eat fo tiao qiang.. wah.. i can see u ppl drooling.. harhar.. but the typical me, doesnt like seafood.. n i ended up watching them eat the fo tiao qiang.. doesnt really appeal to me thou, coz it's all seafood cooked together.. but the other dishes were quite nice.. n i had my favorite dessert, yam paste.. harhar..
but what was awesome wasnt the food.. it's e Word of God.. thank God that the excursion ended early coz of the rain.. so i reached home at abt 5pm n managed to catch svc 2 online.. after the svc, i felt it in my spirit to attend svc 5 and svc 6 today.. what i didnt know was that this was all part's of God's divine plan.. harhar..
in svc 2, pst phil preached about us having the fire of God in our lives.. what makes the difference between incense(prayer and worship) and dust? it's the fire, the anointing that makes the difference..
in svc 5, pst phil preached about simon peter.. he worked hard for the whole nite but there wasnt any results.. then Jesus came n told him to LAUNCH out into the DEEP.. n there were so many fishes that he couldnt contain.. he could have brought NETS but he only brought a NET out to sea.. but WE must bring out NETS to the deep.. bring in the harvest..
in svc 6, pst phil preached about the stone waterpots and clay waterpots.. we need to be like the clay waterpots, moulded by God.. ready to receive the new wine(anointing) before we go out into the wedding dinner(the world)..
so what are these to you?? 3 great messages from a great pastor from australia?? for me... it's not.. coz it's one big message from God himself.. He's speaking to me something.. like a double-edged sword piercing through my soul.. if not for His leading, i wouldn't have heard all these 3 messages.. to me, God is telling me to prepare myself.. get ready and catch the anointing, fire of God that is coming down from heaven.. the passion that is burning so strongly.. then after i've caught the fire, it's time to launch out into the DEEP with nets to bring in the harvest for Him.. emphasis on the word deep, coz it's not just souls around me, but everywhere.. into all the nations.. throughout all these, i must focus.. i need to be like the clay waterpot.. must be able to be moulded by God.. He will cleanse me from any impurities, n make me perfect in Him.. i need to be the yielded vessel that God can use to contain the growth.. to contain the fishes(souls) that are brought into the kingdom of God.. only when im ready, will God pour out His wine(anointing) into my vessel..
wow.. isnt this awesome.. im just amazed at how God can speak to us individually.. n not only that, God showed me a vision.. a vision of a heavy rain, pouring down on me.. then He told me that water has two meaning.. one, it is used for cleansing.. 2nd, it represents a hope.. when people are dying of thirst, water is their hope.. n these water droplets refers to the many souls.. a hope = a soul.. so, whatever that im going through right now, is part of God's plan to cleanse me of any impurities and get me ready.. n then i'll bring in the souls, for the kingdom of God... i'll be the vessel used to contain them..
wow wow wow.. i just felt greatly blessed by everything this wk.. n im so excited that words along cant describe how im feeling.. amazing.. this is a challenge for me.. to grow, to fulfill my potential.. but i also feel that it's a challenge to you out there.. as the church moves to expo, we will be the foundation of this church.. that's y we need to have the fire, launch out into the deep to bring in the souls, n at the same time remain yielded to God.. i will do it through Christ who strengthens me.. so will you!! Amen!!
