yeah.. finally back from my last overseas trip.. quite an eventful one too.. harhar.. didnt complete our evaluation exercise coz of an incident that happened.. thus, gotta re-do it back in singapore.. waste of time, but yah, that's life in army.. anyway, this morning's flight was the 12th n last time that i'm gonna take a plane with e army as a NSF.. harhar.. finally.. after so long.. yup, counting down soon.. 61 short days to my ORD!! neck growing longer by the day.. hee.. so eager to be released n to up n soaring in the skys of freedom.. yeah!
anyway, just wanna praise God for the newcomers that He brought to my groups.. 2 for VL201 and 4 for VL206.. so that's a total of 10 for the 4 weeks that i've been in thailand.. i guess i gotta go overseas more often.. harhar.. just joking.. my leaders are going to killl me if i do that.. yup, God is really awesome, n i wanna thank u guys if u have been praying for me.. keep praying okie? coz there's another taller hurdle to clear.. yup, Easter's coming n my target is 35 and 36, which is 71 for both groups.. somehow, i've something in my spirit telling me to have a real go at it, coz God is going to make it happen.. yup! n can u see it? with a higher hurdle, you gotta soar higher in order to cross it, n that's what God wants us to do! soar with Him over the mountains and the seas.. Amen! yup, so i'll still need lotsa of ur prayers! prayer really works wonders!
Passion, breakthroughs then revival.. didnt know y i typed this title... just felt it coming out of my hands.. hahrar.. remembered something.. every revival grows out of a great passion, n when the passion dies, the revival dies.. yeah, great passion will result in great prayers.. it will cause you to intercede, pray, fast.. it's an undescribable feeling within you.. the passion is like an undying love, an unsatisfied hunger, something within you that's trying to force it way out, pressing you into action.. then comes the small breakthroughs that u start to see.. faith arises within you.. then the passion will stir up the fire of revival n it shall come upon you! yeah! the fire, the burning flames that burns so strong within us.. yeah, God, pour out your fire of revival upon me.. i see breakthroughs upon breakthroughs.. growth, multiplication, explosion!!! amen amen!!
the upcoming month is going to be one that will really stretch me.. many things cropping up, so many things to do, so little time to accomplish them.. but i know that my God will strengthen me.. God, please come and help me to plan.. let Your words come and direct my paths.. amen!

yup... harhar.. as the title suggests, i was a tour guide for today.. harhar... it was rather interesting though.. not the real tour guide that u r thinking of.. harhar.. today, we had children's church in jurong west as usual.. then as we were about to go home, sis glordia suddenly called me to tell me that there's a group of 12 Koreans who wants a lift from me to Singapore Expo.. i agreed, n there we go.. harhar.. at eunos mrt, 10 of them alighted to go home to collect their luggage b4 heading to expo as they had to catch a flight later that night.. so i brought the pst n another lady, who could speak english, to expo.. it was only when we reached expo did i realise something horrific!! harha.. the 10 other koreans who alighted at eunos mrt didnt really know how to get to expo as this is their 1st time in S'pore... faintz.... n we couldn't contact them.. so we just had to wait outside the main audi, hoping n praying that they would find their way there.. n praise God, at about 5pm, they finally arrived.. hahrar.. n there i was, helping them to arrange for them to keep their luggage at the reception and arranging seats for them.. thank God vin lai n michelle was there to help me.. yup, glad that we played a good host on behalf of the church.. haha.. i think they really enjoyed the service.. somehow, it's a really good feeling to help and serve others.. yup!!
n today's service was great too! there was the really touching and nice drama.. n the short but awesome sermon.. something that i caught in the sermon.. Reaching out requires a PERSONAL touch! yup, just like Jesus.. nobody would want to touch a leper in those days, in fact, people outcast them and would even stone them.. but what did Jesus do? He reached out and TOUCHED the leper, n healed him.. yes! Jesus added a personal touch to His evangelism.. this is what we need to do too for our friends around us.. people dun care how much we know UNTIL they know how much we care!!
yup, this has been a great week for me.. in children's church.. yah.. the thing that made me happy was that i finally managed to spend some precious time with my other service kids.. usually, their parents would bring them for service. so i'll only get to see them when i visit.. so sometimes, they seem so distant from me.. but this week, i managed to visit joshua ang and spend some time with him.. then i brought ian for service as it was rather inconvenient for his parents to do so.. so i spend time chatting with him while on the way to expo n on the way home.. then for clement and caleb.. for the very 1st time, they took the initiative to talk to me!! wow!! last time, they would run and hide from me.. but today, when i saw them at expo, they talked to me!! harhar.. i dun think u can understand the excitement that im feeling.. but it's just awesome!! yup, gotta spend more quality time with the rest of my kids.. really pray that God will use me to minister to them n really feed them with the spiritual food.. yup, must pray more growth and more newcomers too!! yeah!! ONE newcomer, ONE visitation group. ONE week!! n yah, i need to be more consistent in my prayer life too!! ONE hour, ONE day, ONE week!! AMEN!! God is good all the time and all the time, God is good!! amen!!

harhar.. yes, im finally back from thailand, but not for long.. flying again in abt 10 days time.. back to the same old place.. somehow, this overseas trip wasnt like b4.. didnt really enjoy it this time round.. in fact, i didnt even go outfield at all.. harhar.. had high fever for 7 days.. shiok feeling man.. 38 plus all the way.. harhar.. but i was quite a good experience to stay in camp alone.. coz i really had the whole bunk to myself.. so i was able to spend some time praying.. n it was good.. yup! prayer does works wonders.. n God really hears n answers our prayers.. my two groups had a total of 4 newcomers for the 2 wks that i wasnt around.. the target that we had.. isn't God awesome! Praise the Lord! harhar.. n to top it off, they are quite potential kids n they all came from no where.. in the sense that God was the one who brought them to us.. Amen!
n more good news, harhar.. my cg, E301 has been doing quite well too... had quite a few new frens for the past few weeks.. thou i dun know them yet, but i'll do my best to help them to integrate into the cg.. yup!! God is great!
been reading a book by John Bevere in thailand.. it's called under cover.. got it from audrey.. anyway, it's really quite a good book n it taught me some new things.. how to remain under God's covering.. it's about submitting to God's authority and His delegated authority.. which includes authority from home, work, social, church n all other areas of our life.. even if they are wicked.. n it showed many examples why we should do it.. yup, a book that i would recommend.. harharh.. gotta stop here le.. will update again! take care n continue to pray for me n my groups! thanks lots!
