yup! i've been feeling great! haha.. somehow, like what i said last time, it feels good to be praised by someone! haha... yup, this few weeks since emerge had been quite hectic for me! alot of things to do, thats why i've not been updating.. but, a part of it is that im a bit lazy..
since emerge, my life has been great! yup, rested for a week b4 i started to look for jobs.. n i found one, quite flexible timing one.. working mon-fri, 12pm-6pm.. so it was quite good for me.. just that the pay is a bit low, at $5 per hour.. still, it's a bit sianz czo it's tuition coordinator so i just sit in the office n call tutors.. but last sunday, i went to help sis mei work, for angel clay.. it was really fun! it seems to me that im playing n enjoying myself more than working.. harhar..
yup, was saying that i was happy to be praised! bcoz on last sunday, while serving in cch 3-6yrs, i was asked to teach arts and craft on stage.. haha.. it's okie to go on stage, but i just didnt like to speak into the mike.. haha.. call it the mike-phobia.. thats y that though i like to ktv, i never liked to sing.. harhar.. anyway, sis yvonne msged me on sun afternoon to tell me that i did well on stage earlier.. haha.. was really happy! hee.. yup, n working on sun for sis mei oso made my day.. though it was really tiring to work from 2-11pm, it was really fun though! throughly enjoyed myself alot! really looking forward to work with her again! haha..

EmergeD!!! yes, the long awaited Emerge conference is now over.. time flies.. isn't it? im already looking forward to the Emerge 2007 le! harhar.. coz it definitely going to be bigger and better! wow! im feeling physically very tired.. but deep down in the spirit, i can feel it burning.. no words can describe this feeling within me.. had a vision of a bullet flying through a window pane.. yeah, emerging from the other end, breaking through! wow! this feeling is awesome... but it's not just abt the hype n excitement.. it's the substance.. faith is the substance rite? something deep within arising inside of me!
the word was great! i've managed to attend all the sessions this time round except session 5 coz i gotta serve.. but still, i could sense God speaking something to me.. a word just for me.. i shall list some of the highlights!!

Session 1
Ax head = the experience, the anointing..
The importance of having the first-hand revelation, encounter with God! A borrowed ax head would not do! It is your walk with God and not others!
Have you lost your cutting edge? Let's ENGAGE n CUT through the world!

Session 3
Jabez => His hunger, his desire for the things of God made him stand out from the rest!
Do u still have the hunger and thirst for the things of God? Or have you lost it?
Revival should be continuous and not just for the moment!
Acquire the taste for the things of God!

Session 4
Daniel = A man of God IN the world but NOT OF the world
Being relevant to the world! Being holy is being authentic!

Session 6
Heb 11 = Jacob = Walking with a limp
Even with the limp, KEEP your COMMITMENT to God!
Everyone of us has a limp in some areas of our life, we need to depend on God!
Dan 5: 27 => Do you measure up to Jesus? Having Jesus in your life is the only was to balance up!
Dan 5: 28 => Dismantling the world by our PRAYERS!

Yup! that's about it! But the main thing that hit me was the importance of having our own spiritual life right with God! Taking all of me, for all of You! Developing the TASTE for the things of God! Then, only can we go out into the world, to be relevant, to be a Daniel in our world today!

This is the song that i really like for this Emerge! God, come and take all of me, in exchange for all of You! This is the cry of my heart! Lord, i desire to be your light in the world! Amen!!
