harhar.. yup, i've just OFFICIALLY turned 21 yesterday!! the big day came and went.. didnt had much of a celebration coz im just simply too lazy to plan anything.. harhar.. was rather busy for the whole day, staying in sch n preparing for children's day! but it was a fun day too n God was good! harhar.. both my classess end like super early! 1 hr earlier for my econs class and 20 mins earlier for my AS class.. yup, wanna take this chance to thank all my wonderful frens who REMEMBERED my bdae! harhar.. Let the drumrolls begin...............

First on the list, i wanna say a big thank you to Zhiyang, Ken, Jasper, Matthew, my wonderful sec sch frens, for making time to celebrate with me on sunday! n yup! thanks a lot for the MP3 that u guys gave! harhar.. n it's one of my favorite colors too! WHITE... harhar..

Next, thanks to my wonderful VL zone fellow leaders, namely, munhon, susanne, joyce n my boss, vivienne! harhar.. thanks for celebrating munhon n mybdae! yup, n thanks for the Zara t-shirt.. it's really cool! harhar..

Next, a big thank you to some of my SMU frens who knew abt my bdae n celebrated it for me!! harhar.. like ber and georgie!!! thanks for the oreo cheesecake!! i didnt even know that u went to buy it! didnt expected it! thanks a lot!! n yup, how can i forget my fellow stats pro, Christina!!! harhar.. thanks for staying up just to be the first to wish me happy bdae!

yup, n i wanna thank all those wonderful ppl who sent me msgs to wish me.. even those that i didnt expect u to rmbr my bdae!! thanks to Yanglin( u're the first on the list!!), cindy, xiao kel!!, RAE LEE, jess, rachel, xiao lai, zhangwei, wei kang, miko, josce, peiying, ken, zhiyang, adeline n last of all, audrey!!! harhar.. wow.. simply appreciated all your wishes n msgs! thanks a million!

n finally, thanks to my dearest family, for buying me a cake.. harhar.. to have a mini celebration at home! yupyup!!

wah.. a tribute entry.. harhar.. ok, enough of crapping.. heading back to the books, 6 days left to my first paper.. which i think im going to do well!!! coz God is with me!! Amen!!!

heyhey.. brushing off some dust off my blog.. harhar.. i think i need a new blogskin.. but cant seem to find the time to look for a new one.. anyway, having some 'ling gan' to blog.. haha.. it's rather time consuming to find someone to talk to, so what better way to express myself, than to blog.. harhar.. anyway, just finished one of my homework a while ago.. guess what is it? it's MS - Management Science.. haha.. if you know me, this is one tough module that i bid one.. in a way, zi tao ku chi.. but by God's grace, im getting better at it.. hmmm.. my 1st homework took me a few days to complete it, the 2nd one took slightly shorter.. but now, i took only 4 hrs in all.. harhar..
some times, it really about how much effort you put into doing something.. if it's something that is important to you, you will definitely put in your heart and soul into it.. sacrificing some sleep, tv, food or fun may seem all worthwhile.. it's because you want it so badly, n you value it.. but when i look at statistics, another module that im taking, im like.............. dun liked it at all, n im having some problems with it.. harhar.. so i think i gotta have a renewed mindset!
as i type, this also reminded me of my walk with God.. when you want Him so much, all the fun in the world no longer seems to matter.. but it's Him.. i may not have my weekend to go out and have fun like the rest of my frens do, yet i feel that im living a more fulfilled life.. it's truly bcoz of Jesus in my life.. every wk, as i continue to serve Him, i can see the lives of all these precious children of God being moulded and shaped, to be great men and women of God.. this really warms my heart.. harhar.. watched a show on tv yesterday, a line caught me.. if tmr is the last day on earth, are you happy with what you have done so far?
yup, my bdae is coming real soon.. harhar.. but im not really counting down.. coz i simply dun feel that there's a need to celebrate it.. firstly, i simply do not have the time, coz it's BIG BIG day!! hee... not only that, my exams are like one week after my bdae, so really gotta manage my time well! yup, i think the day that i'll be really happy would be 061006.. wanna know what is it? ask me then!!! hee..
kk, gotta go back to my studies.. kit-kat time is over!!! muuuaaahhhhaaaaaaa......

yes, today marks the end of week 2 of my first semester in my uni life.. one word to describe would be ---> busy... yes, life is not a bed of roses in smu.. flooded with 4 projects and tons of work n readings to do.. maybe it's just me being too kaisu.. but i think it's bcoz i wanna make my stay in smu worthwhile.. no point getting average results rite? what's the point? so im AIMING for straight "A"s.. haha.. but now, im physically tired.. haha.. been having late nights, just doing my homework, and preparing for the classes the next day.. n not to mention, do the projects.. sianz.. not much fun though.. but im must say that i've been quite blessed with all the wonderful new friends that i've made in school.. yup, like what i read in A.R. Bernard's book today, happiness is about learning to be thankful.. yah, so in the midst of the pile of pressure n work, let's be thankful for all that God has done for us! THANK YOU JESUS!!
harhar.. enough of complaining.. it's a short entry today.... coz i NEED to get back to my work.. yup, awaiting the arrival of sunday where i'll see all my lovely angels who never fails to brighten up my day! hee..
