year 2007 has arrived.. somehow, im not into countdown liao.. harhar.. getting older by the year.. looking back at 2006, it's been a year where many things have happened.. a year where i have learnt, grown.. time really flies, i could still rmbr the start of 2006... so many changes along the way, taught me to be wiser, to be better in control of my life, to know what i want, but ultimately, it's still God's will that i truly desire.. All the 21 yrs of my life, only the past 5 yrs have been really fruitful for me.. n that's bcoz i gotta know my Lord n Savior.. Life has never been easy, as i've been through many ups and down, but it was the most enjoyable part of my life.. i really felt that i have lived each day to its fullest.. n 2006 was no exception..

a short recap of the year..........

Dec-Jan => The start of the year 2006, and the thing i remembered most vividly was the overnight prayer meeting that we had at Bible house.. It was a time when we were simply immersed in the presence of God, asking for a direction of our ministry, our lives.. and it was then that our "FIRST" album was born..

Feb-Mar => These two months were spend overseas in Thailand.. times that i would not forget.. the 7 days where i had super high fever at 39 degrees... n i had to go to the medical centre to stay so that the medical staff can take care of me.. harhar.. but those were the times when i kept praying n seeking God.. i rmbr that during that 7 days, i was reading alot.. Leadership Files by Pst Phil.. hahrar.. but everything turned out fine in the end, though it was a real adventure towards the end.. we had to evacuate to protect our lives from the villages.. haha..

April-June => Nothing much was done during this time as i was busy clearing my leave n off days.. harhar.. Thank God for His grace as i managed to leave at the same time though i had less days of leave than everyone.. and 010606 marked the day of freedom!! and June was a major change for me too.. Finally accepted and changed to CCH1, directly under Pst Eileen..

Aug => The start of a hectic life.. everyone said that SMU would be slack, fun... but it was not to be.. the vicious cycle of 15 weeks starts on the very 1st week of school where i was dumped with 4 projects and countless deadlines to meet.. Still... Wanna thank God for all the wonderful ppl i meet, coz most of them are either Christians or Catholics and they are really nice peeps!!

Sep => Busy is the word.. Preparation for Children's Day took up most of my time.. n yes, i was busy serving on the day i turned adult.. haha.. Not much surprises though, just a plain bdae.. but im glad as i achieved something that day, kept my word... harhar...

Oct-Nov => All i can remember is projects and more projects... and exams.. n on the last day of Nov, i completed the vicious cycle of 15 wks.. 7 more cycles to go, 105 more weeks.. harhar... Results were not what i wanted, but i guess i should be quite happy with it le.. harhar.. considering the amount of effort put in to study..

Dec => The season of joy, busy busy with Christmas.. but it was fun.. had my breakthrough, and yes, i ended the year with a BANG!!! harhar... n the month where i got my promotion to tpt head for PET.. stressful.. but God makes the way..

And here comes 2007!! n i believe that its gonna go from glory to glory.. the one thing that i really learnt in yr 2006 was simply 3 words.. TRUST AND OBEY.. simple but how many ppl can actually do it? its something that im still trying my best to achieve..

and yup, 2006 has been a yr where i had many frens who were there to listen to my crap every now and then!! harhar..

Thanks to my boss, Viv, for teaching me, guiding me along this whole yr..
Thanks to my whole bunch of army frens, the 2yrs wouldnt had been easy without you guys!

n thanks to all the wonderful peeps in my life, harhar.. its impossible for me to type out all of ur names.. especially when im watching soccer now!! harhar.. so thats it for today!!

2007, the year of arising!! Trusting and Obeying!! TAKE NOTE!! it's ING, a continuing process...
